About the President of NE Rapid Data:
…As founder and president of NE Rapid Data Solutions, Scott brings a wealth of over 35 years of Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Business Expertise to his services. Scott has worked one on one with dozens of CEO’s, Presidents, IT professionals, and Sales Managers helping them to implement ACT and better manage their workflow, sales cycles, and marketing. And when off the job, Scott and his wife enjoy working together ministering to the poor an homeless in the North East and abroad.
What do we do?
We help companies and individuals make the best use of current technologies, in order to become more productive and profitable. Whether it involves ANY aspect of ACT! software including CRM implementation, ACT customizations, data conversions, ACT training, shared data, synchronization, sales automation, and data recovery, we simply do it all. Scott has designed and implemented everything from a simple 2 person office to “full blown design and roll-out strategies” for Sales Force Management and Work-Flow management within major corporations.
We also provide general IT services for small to medium offices including cable networking, wireless networking, server implementations, email support, firewalls, Virus Protection, PC support/troubleshooting, Palm & Pocket PC’s, plus web design and web hosting.
And last but not least, we assist with set-up and/or training on most Microsoft Software Suites including the entire Microsoft Office package, Crystal Reports, Photo Shop, and several other popular workplace software applications.
